- Bone Health in Female Runners Intervention Trial (B-FIT)
Many female distance runners experience a loss of menstruation which is an indication of low levels of estrogen. Being low in estrogen leads to poor bone health. We are looking for competitive women runners ages 18-25 who are interested in becoming a part of this Stanford University study.
